Job summary

Textron offers a 2027 Internship in Customer Accounts in Independence, KS. You’ll assist CAMs during customer visits, help manage logistics, and coordinate activities for aircraft deliveries and spec sessions. This paid, 10-week summer internship emphasizes real project work and hands-on experience with mentorship.

You’ll develop business communication skills, work in a matrixed environment, and gain exposure to SAP, CRM-like processes, and cross-functional collaboration with senior staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer name badges, signs and run Restricted Party Screenings.
• Assist CAMs, customers, staff, sales and senior management with meeting requirements.
• Transport customers between locations as needed.
• Provide regular updates on progress of customer aircraft.
• Reconcile aircraft order with SAP and Purchase Agreement; verify SAP milestones.
• Support day-to-day CAM activities including photos, gifts, samples, and registrations.
• Represent Textron Aviation at sessions, deliveries, tours, and logistics.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain customer support material.
• Communicate information clearly to a diverse audience; maintain professionalism.
• Participate in special projects such as new aircraft roll-out and SOP improvements.
