Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-delivery activities (IFR, paint reviews, meetings).
• Coordinate and manage customer delivery acceptance, documents and briefing.
• Present aircraft certification documents to authorities for export.
• Manage customer delivery presentation and events.
• Demonstrate and inventory loose equipment with customer.
• Assist with departure logistics and track backorders.
• Maintain delivery hangars, equipment rooms and safety items.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve delivery process.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the process.
