Customer Accounts Advisor

Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $12.75-$13.50

This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one step closer to ownership.

The Work:

  • Maintain and update customer accounts, document payment appointments.
  • Contact customers for lease renewals via home visits and phone.
  • Promote benefits of timely lease payments.
  • Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
  • Support merchandise returns and deliveries.
  • Certify returned merchandise.
  • Complete vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
  • Load and operate company vehicle safely.
  • Assist the Sales Team as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 21 years old in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license and compliant with company policies; at least 18 in Canada.
  • Meet DOT certification requirements where applicable.
  • Flexible schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. independently; up to 300 lbs. with assistance.
  • Retail/customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High energy and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proper telephone etiquette.
  • Uphold Aaron’s brand and protect assets.
  • Maintain professional appearance.
  • Proficient computer skills.
