An established industry player is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction and drive lease agreement renewals. In this dynamic role, you will connect with customers both over the phone and in-person, ensuring they understand the benefits of their lease agreements. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, assisting with merchandise returns, and achieving revenue goals alongside the Customer Account Manager. Customer Accounts Advisor
Hiring Range Minimum to Maximum: $13.25- $14.00
This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.
