Job summary

Masemp in Keene, NH is seeking a Customer Account Manager on a temp-to-hire basis, offering a Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to work directly with customers while supporting a close-knit team.

You will guide customers through the order process, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time completion of projects. This role provides health and dental insurance, PTO, and potential for permanent employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Professional telephone manner and customer-focused approach.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, inquiries, and requests.
• Guide customers through the ordering process, including product selection, order details, and payments.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Review proofs and approvals with customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering outstanding service.
• Support general office operations and administrative activities.
• Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.
