Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and data entry skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, expense reports, and electronic payments.
• Maintain vendor records and accounting documentation.
• Assist with accounts receivable collections and account follow-up.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end activities.
• Assist with annual 1099 reporting.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support special projects and other accounting functions as needed.
