Snelling is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Lubbock, TX to act as the primary contact for assigned accounts. You will manage customer communication, review orders and specs, and coordinate quotes with timely turnaround.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of related customer service, account management, inside sales, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, industrial, fabrication, machining, metals, or other technical industry experience is a plus.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage customer communication, questions, project updates, and issue resolution.
• Review customer orders, RFQs, blueprints, material requirements, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotes with a focus on accuracy and timely turnaround.
• Assist with contracts, renewals, pricing updates, and new or existing projects.
• Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor project status and proactively identify potential issues, delays, or opportunities.
• Communicate customer specifications and expectations to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate account and project information while providing regular updates to management.
• Build strong customer relationships that support repeat business and future growth.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST

Location: Lubbock, TX
Pay: $22-$32/hour, DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Snelling is recruiting a Customer Account Specialist for a well-established Lubbock company. This position is ideal for an experienced customer service, account management, inside sales support, or project coordination professional who enjoys building customer relationships while managing quotes, orders, projects, and deadlines.

The Customer Account Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business accounts and work closely with customers, sales, manufacturing, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects and customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage customer communication, questions, project updates, and issue resolution.
