Job summary

Circular Services, a leading provider of circular economy infrastructure, seeks a Customer Account Coordinator in its Frisco, TX office. The role manages the full lifecycle of customer accounts—from setup to ongoing support—and coordinates service delivery with Dispatch while communicating timelines and expectations to customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in account support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of account support and customer onboarding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience researching and resolving service discrepancies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic math

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer accounts and maintain associated information
• Respond to customer questions regarding service frequency, added services, and contact information
• Maintain customer accounts and process requested accounts or service changes accurately and timely
• Investigate service discrepancies including missed pickups, unrequested pickups, grading discrepancies, duplicate dispatches, and erroneous hauls
• Work closely with Accounting and operations to review and resolve customer account issues
• Provide customers with COIs, W9s, ACH forms and other required documentation
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports including tonnage and environmental reports
• Follow month-end checklist and complete assigned administrative tasks
• Assist customers with client portal access and navigation
• Send welcome emails to new customers
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Sales, Accounting and Maintenance teams to ensure service accuracy and customer satisfaction
