A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch experiences through in-store and in-home service, including obtaining new rental orders via sales floor and phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, maintaining vehicles and following handling procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a good record — driving company vehicles
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical demands: Must be active, able to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy items, and follow safety guidelines.
