Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with our subscribers by conducting training calls on digital tools. You will also promote Broadridge services and products, such as websites, domain names, sponsored ads, digital advertising, and social media support.

This is a remote role with limited travel for team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (50-100 per day) for customer support and education
• Log call notes in CRM and JIRA
• Maintain and build client relationships focused on satisfaction and retention
• Educate clients on product updates and enhancements
• Track and facilitate communication with clients
• Participate in additional projects as assigned
• Provide ongoing product support and troubleshooting
• Guide customers through policies and procedures on Corporate Client Intranets
• Research account activity to resolve issues and follow up on resolutions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and build consensus
• Digital marketing experience is a plus

Salary range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour. Bonus eligible. Broadridge considers various factors for final salary determination.
