A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, customers' homes, and over the phone; obtain new rental orders as needed
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, follow handling procedures, maintain vehicles
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise, clean and dust showroom

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift/move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

The role involves active movement, lifting heavy items, standing, walking, bending, etc., while following safety guidelines.
