Description of Job Function:
Responsible for assisting the Certification body with client inquiries, follow up and outbound calling. Effective interaction with Certification Services team, auditors, office staff and clients to effectively manage day to day activity and documentation.
Additional Activities:
AIBI – Certification Services staff, AIB and AIBI staff, Client Services and Business Processes Scheduling & Reporting, food processors, food distributors and food-related packaging facilities
