A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, in customers' homes, and over the phone; obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and via phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling procedures; keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting, organized store environment; refurbish merchandise to like-new condition; keep the showroom clean and organized.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle use)
• Ability to lift/move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands: Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and following safety guidelines.
