Job Duties:

• Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to drive revenue growth by proactively engaging with customers, following up on quotes, and converting opportunities into sales.
• Partner with the Outside Sales Team to identify opportunities and drive aftermarket sales growth.
• Proactively reach out to customers to follow up on quotes, close deals, and secure orders.
• Enter quotes and sales orders into our system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM and other platforms to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Act as the central point of contact between customers, regional sales, service teams, and internal departments.
• Manage and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, including billing and accounts receivable concerns.
• Prepare and follow up on routine cost estimates and pricing requests.
• Handle customer returns, adjustments, and complaints professionally and urgently.
• Keep all account information organized and accurate for easy access and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with CRM systems, order entry, and sales support processes.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
