A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, at customers' homes, and over the phone, including obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling procedures, while keeping vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing merchandise, refurbishing items, and keeping the showroom clean.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

This role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving heavy items throughout the day, following safety guidelines.

Full-time hours, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
