Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support the Customer Service team for our Fortune 250 client in McMinnville, OR. This role involves managing 15-25 customer accounts and about 2,500 orders per year, resolving issues, and performing various administrative duties.

The position is onsite with a 4x10 schedule, transitioning to 3 days onsite and 1 day remote after six months. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and strong attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in manufacturing.
• Understanding of supply chain flow.
• Experience handling purchase orders and resolving issues in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with an MRP system, ideally SAP.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables).
• Extremely detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team with administrative tasks supporting customer accounts.
• Perform basic data entry and maintain customer information in internal systems.
• Resolve complex customer issues and ensure accurate account data.
• Develop improvement plans in response to surveys and industry trends.
• Support team by addressing product issues and answering questions.

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Account Representative to work onsite for our Fortune 250 client in McMinnville, OR. The Customer Account Representative will support the Customer Service team with the administration and management of customer accounts.

This individual will manage approximately 15-25 customer accounts, representing around 2,500 orders per year. They will partner with customers and internal teams to resolve customer issues, generate product and service orders, and provide support in resolving complex account-related issues. They will also perform a variety of administrative duties for the Customer Service department.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team by performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of customer accounts.
• Perform basic data entry and utilize appropriate internal systems to organize and maintain customer information.
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain accurate knowledge of account information.
• Develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys and industry trends.
• Support team activities by resolving customer product issues and answering customer questions.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Assist with the generation of departmental reports and tracking of key performance indicators.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
