A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, in customers' homes, and over the phone. Obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures. Keep vehicles clean and maintained.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing products, refurbishing merchandise, and keeping the showroom clean.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (company vehicle driver)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

Full-time, Monday through Saturday, store hours vary. Sundays off and one other weekday off. Hours may change based on business needs.
