A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in our stores and in customers' homes, and obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures, maintaining vehicles, and displaying a winning spirit.
• Merchandising: Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and maintain cleanliness.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

This active role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting/moving heavy items. All safety guidelines must be followed.

Expected Hours of Work:

This full-time position involves working Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
