What will you do? Provide customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will do meaningful work and make a difference in our customers' lives!

A day in the life of a Customer Account Representative:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores, at customers' homes, and over the phone; obtain new rental orders as needed.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products, maintain vehicles, and follow handling procedures.
• Merchandising: Keep an inviting, organized store, refurbish merchandise, and maintain cleanliness.

What are the minimum requirements?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

This active role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy items, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off. Hours may vary based on business needs.
