Job summary

Capsum is seeking a Customer Account Specialist in Austin, TX to coordinate and track customer-related projects, from account setup to invoicing. You will work across shipping, production, and accounting teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer initiatives while supporting sustainability goals of Capsum.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer accounts and orders.
• Ability to manage purchase orders and BOM setup.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track customer accounts and orders from initiation to shipment and invoicing.
• Setup of new customers in system and BOMs for customer products as needed.
• Create and maintain all Purchase Orders for customer owned inventory.
• Generate monthly, weekly, and daily reports to monitor on-time production and shipping, and KPI data.
• Collaborate with planning, production, purchasing, and accounting to meet customer demands and resolve issues.
