Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to join our client team in a role supporting sales, manufacturing, and shipping operations. You will manage multiple accounts, coordinate orders, and ensure on-time deliveries through KIWI and ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong professional communication, resilience, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while delivering excellent customer service. This is a 4-6 month project with a regular M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years in customer relations; preferably 1+ year industry-specific experience.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong basic math skills for order/purchasing accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders directly from customers or account managers with accuracy.
• Estimate and enter orders, and place materials purchases for production.
• Communicate order status, quotations, changes, and confirmations professionally.
• Process purchase orders, coordinate credits, and maintain customer data for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with production staff and KIWI/ERP systems to ensure on-time deliveries.
