Journeyman Distillery seeks a Custom Spirits & Gifting Sales Manager to drive sales of personalized spirits and gifting packages. This role is perfect for a natural salesperson who thrives on opportunities, building relationships, and achieving targets.

You will be responsible for prospecting new business and consulting on custom solutions, cultivating relationships with a variety of clients from corporations to event planners.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and comfort initiating conversations.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect for new clients through calls and outreach.
• Consult with clients to understand their gifting needs.
• Develop tailored proposals for custom-labeled spirits.
• Work cross-functionally with various internal teams.
