Job summary

YESCO in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Custom Sales professional to grow a new and existing client base and achieve sales quotas in a full-time role. You will deliver on-site presentations, qualify opportunities, overcome objections, and build lasting relationships, using CRM tools to maximize revenue across targeted accounts.

The position requires a strong background in external sales, excellent communication, and a drive to exceed quotas while maintaining professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5–7 years of related sales experience.
• 3 years of direct external sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Make the required number of sales presentations per week to new and existing customers.
• Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations of YESCO products and services.
• Penetrate targeted accounts and generate new opportunities through referrals and cold-calling.
• Overcome objections, quote prices, and discuss terms to close deals.
• Manage territory efficiently with CRM tools to maximize revenue.
