Job summary

You will work with Custom Account Managers, design, production, logistics, sales, and support teams, handling routine inquiries and updates with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Ability to follow processes while escalating when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning CRM platforms and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage routine customer service and administrative needs for smaller accounts.
• Enter, update, and maintain customer/order/product information in CRM/order systems.
• Track milestones from artwork submission to delivery and communicate deadlines.
• Respond promptly to customer questions and provide order updates.
