Job summary

Born Primitive is seeking a dedicated Custom Apparel & Retail/Wholesale Sales Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will split time between Custom Apparel production support and Retail/Wholesale data entry, order management, and customer service, ensuring smooth operations across departments.

The role demands high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a high level of accuracy in production and data-entry tasks.
• Ability to prioritize between Custom Apparel and Retail/Wholesale duties.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Product, Inventory, and Finance.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Order Management & Data Entry across multiple systems.
• Customer Service & Order Support for retail and wholesale customers.
• Account & System Maintenance for wholesale accounts and pricing structures.
• Cross-Functional & Operational Support coordinating with Sales, Product, Inventory, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
