Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process custom print and drop-ship orders in a collaborative call center.
• Liaise between customers and vendors via phone and email to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions with exceptional service.
• Review customer artwork to ensure production readiness.
