Job summary

Uline is hiring for a Custom Orders Representative at our Braselton, GA location. You will handle custom print and drop ship orders, acting as the liaison between customers and vendors to ensure timely production and delivery. A strong customer service background and familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop are preferred.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, helping customers with artwork adjustments and order monitoring to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.
• Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.
• Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.
