Job summary

Uline in Braselton, GA is hiring a Custom Orders Representative to support custom print and drop ship orders and serve as the liaison between vendors and customers to deliver an exceptional experience.

As part of the Georgia Branch, you will guide inquiries, review artwork for production readiness, and ensure timely production and delivery while delivering fast, friendly, customer-focused service. This on-site role emphasizes teamwork in a modern facility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.

Position Responsibilities

• Guide and process customer inquiries regarding custom print and drop ship orders in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

• Act as liaison between customers and vendors via phone and email, monitoring orders to ensure timely production and delivery to our customers.

• Be a product expert to understand customers' needs and provide effective solutions and exceptional customer service.

• Review and edit customer artwork for their custom orders to ensure it is production ready.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience.

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop preferred.
