Job summary

Uline is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative at our Georgia location. You will handle orders, answer questions, and support customers via phone, email, and chat using our world-class technology.

Strong English/Spanish skills and a high school diploma are required; training is provided. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert; answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
