Alton Lane in Boston, on Newbury Street, is seeking a Custom Menswear Stylist. This is a high-earning sales role with an hourly base pay plus uncapped commission, starting at 10%. You will drive new business, grow a personal client book, and deliver premium styling experiences.

The role blends business development, clienteling, and styling, with ownership of your schedule and pipeline, aiming for top performance in a performance-driven environment.

Formación

• Experience in sales or business development with a client-facing focus.
• Ability to build and manage a personal client book.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive New Business by proactively generating clients through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Own and grow a book of business with long-term client relationships and follow-up.
• Lead 1:1 styling appointments and wardrobe consultations, guiding custom garments and fits.
• Hit and exceed personal revenue targets across multiple channels.
