Job summary

M.M.LaFleur is seeking a Store Stylist at our Boston - Newbury Street boutique to deliver expert styling, build client relationships, and drive sales.

You will greet customers, provide product recommendations, manage merchandising, and participate in events and clienteling initiatives to grow our book of business.

The role is part-time (16–28 hours per week) with an hourly base rate of $22 plus monthly commissions and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build loyal customer relationships by sharing product knowledge and styling advice.
• Promote exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Support store events and engage customers during those events.
• Grow our customer base through clienteling and personal interactions.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend products based on profiles and feedback.
• Understand store performance metrics and strive to meet sales targets.
• Stay up to date on merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain store visuals.
