Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• B2C or B2B; menswear not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, self-starter mentality.
• Comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Interest in fashion, styling, or personal presentation.
• Base salary + UNCAPPED commission (starting at 10%).
• Clear path to high six-figure earning potential for top performers.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Proactively generate new clients through networking, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Own & Grow a Book of Business: Develop long-term relationships with clients and maintain a digital client book.
• Hit (and Exceed) Sales Goals: Take ownership of personal revenue targets and leverage multiple channels to drive results.
• Operate Like a Business Owner: Manage schedule, pipeline, and production follow-through to ensure seamless delivery.
