Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools or sewing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Experience with industrial sewing or embroidery equipment is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools and measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hockey skate components per specs and customer requirements.
• Position, align, adjust, and finish products for proper fit and performance.
• Read and interpret production orders and customer specifications.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency goals while maintaining craftsmanship.
• Rotate among workstations and assist with special projects and new product development.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality; document results.
