Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools, sewing equipment, or assembly processes preferred.
• Industrial sewing or embroidery equipment experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hockey skate components according to specifications.
• Position, align, adjust, and finish products for proper fit and performance.
• Read and interpret production orders, work instructions, and specifications.
• Meet production, quality, and efficiency goals while ensuring craftsmanship.
• Rotate among workstations and assist with special projects or new product development.
• Operate sewing and embroidery equipment to assemble and finish skate components.
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality.
• Identify and resolve assembly or quality issues and document accordingly.
