Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience (furniture or custom home goods experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the selection and customization process (woods, finishes, fabrics, configurations).
• Accurately process custom special orders, double-check dimensions and specifications.
• Maintain open communication with clients throughout order and delivery process.
• Keep showroom floor displays clean, organized, and inviting.
• Educate customers on product quality, materials, and long-term care.
