Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member at the MSP-Woodbury, MN store to assist customers in selecting framing solutions and merchandise. You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, operating the cash register, and supporting Omni channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety programs. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes to ensure standards and budget.
