Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales/production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; assist customers in finding products and solutions.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking to meet standards and budgets.
• Support Omni channel processes and upsell when appropriate.
