Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a framing associate at our West Chester, OH location. You will build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions, assist customers, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

Responsibilities include processing framing orders, maintaining the frame department, and supporting Omni-channel processes. The role requires basic computer skills, measuring ability, and prior retail or sales experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with a high degree of quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
