You will complete framing orders on time, maintain the frame department, operate the cash register and support omni-channel processes.

This role requires friendly service and reliability, with nights, weekends and early mornings possible.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and stock areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support Omni channel processes and store safety programs.
