Job summary

Michaels COL-HARBISON store in Columbia, SC is seeking team members to assist customers with framing needs and to maintain a well-organized, inviting shopping environment. The role involves building custom framing solutions, processing orders, and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, adhering to SOPs, stocking shelves, and supporting Omni channel processes. Prior retail experience is a plus and benefits are available.

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOP’s and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Operate cash register and execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
