Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Chesterfield, MO is hiring a framing-focused associate. You will help customers create custom framing solutions, guide them through product selection, and ensure a safe, clean, well merchandised store environment.

As part of the team you will complete framing orders on time, stock departments, handle checkout, and support Omni channel processes. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, and prior retail experience is a plus.

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what theyre looking for.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking.
