Michaels is seeking a Store Associate at the New Castle, PA location to build customer relationships and provide framing solutions while keeping a clean, well merchandised store. You will assist customers, process purchases, stock shelves, and support Omni channel processes in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, meeting framing order deadlines, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe, friendly service for shoppers in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• basic computer skills
• basic measuring skills
• ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter

Responsabilités

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance
• Build relationships with customers and provide framing solutions
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time
• Maintain frame department and stock areas
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards
• Assist with Omni channel processes
