Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an enthusiastic Store Associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store for a seamless shopping experience.

You will build relationships with customers, assist with omni-channel processes, operate the cash register, and support SOPs, safety, and shrink programs. Requires basic computer and measuring skills and prior retail experience; evening, weekend shifts and standing duties are

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist customers in finding framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and cashier duties.
• Support safety and shrink programs.
