Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Wadsworth, OH is seeking a Store Associate to help customers in the framing department and provide outstanding service. You will assist customers in finding products, complete framing orders accurately, and operate the cash register with integrity.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized departments, supporting Omni-channel processes, and upholding SOPs. Prior retail and framing experience is a plus; hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop our store.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain the ready made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
