Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. in Hedrick, IA, is hiring a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist to keep local farms moving with safe, timely applications and daily operational support.

You will operate and maintain equipment, assist with agronomy services, and deliver responsive customer service while following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep.
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset.
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting.
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment.
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations.
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop.
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching).

The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Required Qualifications/skills

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)

Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Salary: $40000 - $55000 per year
