Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. is seeking a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist at our Hedrick location to safely deliver timely applications and support day-to-day operations on-site.

You will operate and maintain applicator equipment, assist with agronomy services, and provide courteous customer service while working as part of a local team. CDL training is available and benefits include a training path, pensions, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep.
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)

Responsibilities

The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)
