Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. seeks a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist at our Hedrick location to safely deliver timely application and support day-to-day operations on-site.

The role emphasizes operating and maintaining field equipment, assisting agronomy-related services, and delivering courteous customer service to farming customers. The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Required Qualifications/skills

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Salary: $40000 - $55000 per year
