Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. in Humeston, IA, is seeking a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist to help keep local farms moving by delivering timely applications and supporting daily operations at the Humeston location.

You will operate and maintain application equipment, assist with agronomy-related services, and provide responsive customer service on every stop. CDL training is provided and pre-employment checks will be completed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset are essential.
• Fundamental agronomy knowledge.
• Self-starter who thrives in a team setting.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat).

Responsibilities

The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Humeston location.

Key responsibilities include

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Required qualifications/skills

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)
