Job summary

AGRILAND FS, Inc. in Hedrick, IA is seeking a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist to help move local farms by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location. We will train you in the equipment you will use and help build a lasting career in agronomy.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep.
• Agronomy fundamentals with safety-minded approach.
• Self-starting mindset and ability to thrive in a team.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment.
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations.
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop.
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Operate and maintain application and support equipment
• Assist with agronomy-related services and seasonal operations
• Provide responsive, respectful customer service on every stop
• Complete physical tasks as needed (lifting up to 75 lbs; standing, crawling, climbing, reaching)

Required Qualifications/skills

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat)

Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing along with a background check.

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Salary: $40000 - $55000 per year
