Job summary

AGRILAND FS in Hedrick, IA is seeking a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist to safely deliver timely applications and support daily operations at our Hedrick location.

You will operate and maintain applicator equipment, assist with agronomy services, and deliver responsive customer service on every stop. A valid driver's license is required; CDL training and endorsements are provided. Pre-employment testing and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment upkeep.
• Agronomy fundamentals and a safety-first mindset.
• Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting.
• Valid driver's license; CDL training provided (DOT, tanker, hazmat).
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing along with a background check.

The Mission

As a Custom Applicator & Operations Specialist, you'll help keep local farms moving by safely delivering timely application and supporting day-to-day operations at our Hedrick location.
